Непрямі стратегії спілкування в сучасному англомовному діалогічному дискурсі

Abstract

The main aim of this Paper is to find out the main discourse and pragmatic functions of indirect strategies in modern dialogical discourse on the material of the Modern English serials and to find the differences between indirect strategies in other cultures. Materials for the investigation are abstracts from Modern English TV-episodes which present the examples of indirect strategies use in Modern English dialogical discourse. Also Czech and Korean TV serials were used to compare the use of indirect strategies in different languages. Structurally the Paper consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions to each chapter, general conclusions, resume, the list of references and the list of illustration materials.
