Abstract

The topic of this research is "Poetic Features of Korean Manhwa". The subject of the study "Poetic features of Korean manhwa" is the analysis of the main poetic elements used in Korean manhwa: language, plot, characters, graphic techniques and drawing style, their application in various genres and styles, as well as the relationship between poetic techniques and graphic elements. It also explores the use of various poetic techniques in Korean manhwas, such as metaphors, allegories, and hyperboles, to enhance the expressiveness of the images and the emotional connection to the story. The purpose of this course paper is the analysis of Korean comics, the determination of their features and the features of translation. This research will contribute to studying and understanding Korea's artistic, cultural and historical heritage through popular culture, particularly through manhwa. Taking the manhwa "구름이 피워낸 꽃" by the author 비온후 as an example, this study will help to understand what art means and what elements are used in Korean manhwa to build the plot and engage the reader. Korean comics significantly influence modern culture and literature in Korea and other countries worldwide. Korean manhwas help popularize Korean culture and create interest in it in the world. Many manhwas have been adapted into popular films and TV series, helping to attract attention to Korean culture and art. Manhwa is becoming increasingly popular among youth audiences and influencing the development of literary and artistic genres around the world. In addition, manhwas can influence the cultural identity of the youth audience and help shape their worldview. One of the main features of Korean manhwas is their characteristic drawing style, detailed portrayal of characters and very lively, rich plot. The authors of Korean manhwas pay a lot of attention to details and try to convey the characters' emotions as much as possible through facial expressions and expressions. Manhwa often uses specific artistic means and techniques to convey emotions, mood, images and ideas. Such artistic devices can include such elements as rhyme, rhythm, meter, turns of phrase, similes, metaphors, and other literary devices that help create a poetic picture of the world.
