Abstract:
This master's thesis is devoted to the study of the gender category in the Dutch and Ukrainian languages. The purpose of the work is to study the gender category in the Dutch and Ukrainian languages; identifying differences between the use of language by men and women among speakers of the Dutch and Ukrainian languages.The work reveals the main differences between men's and women's languages. For the first time, a comparison of language use between Ukrainian speaking and Dutch-speaking women and men was made. Besides, these main differences have been analyzed.
