Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the communicative features of British and Ukrainian people. The research objectives are the following: 1. To study general characteristics and features of cross-cultural communication. 2. To identify differences between Ukrainian and British communicative strategies. 3. To analyze how cultural differences in mindset of the speaking people influence the way they communicate and express themselves.
