Abstract

The purpose of the study in the course work is to study and analyze the personnel management system, develop recommendations for its improvement. To achieve the goal of the study, it seems appropriate to solve the following tasks: 1) To reveal the theoretical aspects related to the management of personnel behavior. 2) Analyze the current personnel management system in the enterprise under study. 3) Develop recommendations for improving the personnel management system in the enterprise under study.
