Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to study the recreation of Polish-Ukrainian relations in the English-language wartime news discourse.
The research objectives: 1) to explore and define the structure of news discourse from various scholarly perspectives.
2) to explore the structure of headlines and body texts;
3) analyze the BBC texts about the Polish-Ukrainian relations during the war. Practical value: This work may serve as a basis for further academic research in such fields as international relations, media studies, and sociolinguistics.
