Public discourse plays a crucial role in contemporary society. Political leaders,
business professionals, educators, media figures, and ordinary citizens continuously participate in communicative processes that shape public opinion, influence decisionmaking, and construct social realities. Understanding how public discourse functions has therefore become an essential component of modern гуманітарна and communication-oriented education.
