Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the translation and linguo-stylistic features of the farewell speech. The goal set allows us to identify a number of specific tasks: 1) to determine the role of language in political discourse; 2) to analyze the specifics of the translation of the farewell speeches of the great specialties; 3) explore the linguo-stylistic techniques used by politicians in public speeches; 4) identify the features of constructing a farewell political speech.
