Структурно-семантичні особливості елементів комічного у творах Льюїса Керрола Alice's Adventures in Wonder-land and Through the Looking-Glass (‘Пригоди Аліси у Дивокраї’ та 'Аліса в Задзеркаллі’) та їх переклад українською мовою.

Abstract

The diploma paper is devoted to the analysis of the structural and semantic peculiarities of the comic in the texts of literary discourse and the means of representing them in the Ukrainian translations based on Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll. The research topicality is determined by the interest of the scholars to the issues of the comic, growing attention to the discursive issues of translation as well as by the necessity of understanding the nature of the comic and representing it in the translations of the literary works. The research pf the comic translated allows exploring the cross-cultural differences in linguistic and conceptual pictures of the world. The aim of the research is to analyze the structural and semantic features of the comic in the texts of Lewis Carroll’s works Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass and translation transformations as a way of their rendering in Ukrainian translation.
