The past five years have witnessed a surge of interest in AI applications for foreign language learning (FLL) and intercultural communicative competence (ICC) development. Researchers worldwide, including Caranovic, Riedl, Weidmann, and Ukrainian scholars such as Hrytsenchuk and Karpova, have investigated AI’s pedagogical potential, from Ministry guidelines to ethical and practical implications.
